Eligibility

Uptown Arts Welcomes Children Who:

• are 5-10 years old.  All 5 year old must be in kindergarten.
• live within 7 miles of our center at Liberty and Main streets, downtown
• are eligible for a free or reduced-cost lunch program at a public school, or who qualify for a reduced tuition at a non-public school
• are able to attend on a regular basis
